The contextual ground of Emotional Body Enlightenment

What is EBE?

An emoto-spiritual journey of lasting characteriological change which deconstructs familial, cultural, religious, philosophical, and spiritual conditioning sufficiently enough to allow a healthy self to vulnerably let go into Love in all domains of life.

How does EBE work?

By proactively illuminating and processing emotional body wounds that persist from the unmet dependency need phase of childhood, deconstructing the unconscious strategic defenses that arise from such unhealed grounds, and thus resulting in the gradual emergence of an independent authentic seat of self (HOH) that would have developed naturally had we had emotionally mature parents.

What is the main processing mechanism in EBE?

To consciously and thoroughly feel and express all that we unconsciously feel with another who can feel those emotions while we are feeling them, and so finally begin to make conscious and healthy self-constructive choices in response to life's challenges and goals free of the distortive effects of disowned emotions, hidden conditionings, and evaluative strategies that keep us safe and others at a controlled distance.

What is the ultimate reason to do EBE?

To create an authentic HOH (Head of Household) who can express healthy joy, sorrow, and passion strongly and consistently enough to be a healthy HOH (Helper of Humankind) through role-modeling and service.

What is Joy?

To feel and express the joie de vivre of being humanly alive in context to all life content.

What is Sorrow?

To feel sadness over how past or present hurtful or conflicted life circumstance could not have been avoided or otherwise not been what it was.

What is Passion?

To feel and express strongly flavored emotions in the manifestation of our healthy selfhood that are free of strategic self-image, the strategic need to be right, and the strategic investment into other's approval of our being or our actions.
